Our Story
Next Smile Australia – formerly Malo Clinic – was founded with a vision to transform the lives of patients with failing teeth and provide a superior alternative for denture wearers. Our founders understood the profound impact oral health has on both physical and mental wellbeing.
Dr Larry Benge is a trusted colleague of Professor Paulo Malo, the inventor of the All-on-4® treatment concept. Next Smile Australia is the only network of clinics in Australia endorsed by Dr Malo, who remains a close and trusted advisor.
Founded alongside Dr Tony Rotondo and Mr Robert Dulieu, Next Smile Australia expanded across major cities with a focus on making All-on-4® treatments more accessible while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Today, the network includes 7 Super Clinics and 11 Accredited Partners nationwide.

Next Smile Australia is an Australian dental implant network specialising in full-arch dental rehabilitation. Formerly known as Malo Clinic, Next Smile was established by Dr Larry Benge, Dr Tony Rotondo and Mr Robert Dulieu, with a focus on making the All-on-4® treatment concept more accessible to Australian patients.
Our organisation has more than 20 years of experience delivering full-arch implant treatment in Australia and we have completed more than 12,000 full-arch dental implant procedures nationwide.
What do Next Smile specialise in?
Next Smile specialises in full-arch dental implant rehabilitation, particularly the All-on-4® treatment concept and the MALO Protocol developed by Professor Paulo Malo.
Our treatment focus includes patients with failing or missing teeth, advanced tooth loss, severe dental problems and patients who are struggling with loose or uncomfortable dentures. Our network also treats more complex cases involving significant bone loss or previous implant failure.
