Dr Lauren Fowler has worked alongside Dr Larry Benge since 2016, dedicating her clinical focus to All-on-4® treatment and complex prosthodontic rehabilitation.
Inspired by Dr Benge early in her career, Lauren has spent the past decade developing her expertise in dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation and surgery. She has undertaken extensive training both in Australia and internationally, including advanced training with Professor Paulo Malo, the inventor of the All-on-4® treatment concept.
Lauren has restored hundreds of All-on-4® full-mouth rehabilitations at Next Smile Melbourne and now leads the Melbourne team alongside Dr Benge. Her approach combines clinical precision and experience with a strong focus on making patients feel comfortable, informed and cared for throughout their smile transformation journey.

This passion led her to establish Smile Society, Melbourne’s first all-female dental study club – a community created to bring together women from across the dental profession, including implant surgeons, general dentists and specialists.
For Lauren, Smile Society is about more than professional development. It provides a welcoming environment where women in dentistry can share clinical knowledge, exchange ideas, build meaningful connections and support one another’s growth.
