Next Smile Australia Adelaide

If you’re ready for the smile of your life, the team at Next Smile Australia Adelaide will help you do just that. Featuring four lead surgeons, the combined experience in our All-on-4® Super Clinic is unmatched in South Australia. Convenient on-site parking ensures your journey to and from our Super Clinic is a breeze.

Dr Ian Bills, Dr Evan Jones, Dr Edward Pitts and Dr Nicholas Wood established their Super Clinic to pursue their keen interest in All-on-4® Dental Implants and restorative dentistry. With their extensive combined experience, you’re in good hands when restoring your smile with the All-on-4® treatment concept.

As a long-term, fixed alternative to dentures, All-on-4® is an option to consider for people who have lost multiple teeth due to tooth decay or injury and those with advanced gum disease. All-on-4® may also be a suitable choice for individuals who cannot have their teeth restored by other means.

Unlike traditional full-mouth rehabilitation dental implant treatments, where an implant replaces each tooth, All-on-4® only uses four implants carefully placed along one jawbone to support an entire arch of new, prosthetic teeth.

Stage one of the All-on-4® treatment involves surgically placing the implants and receiving your provisional bridge of prosthetic teeth. You’ll receive your provisional bridge within 24 hours of surgery, but usually on the same day.

After three to six months of wearing your provisional teeth, your bone typically will have fused to the implants, enabling you to undergo stage two. This stage involves receiving your final bridge of long-lasting prosthetic teeth.

We understand that the cost of the All-on-4® treatment process can be significant, so we provide clear, up front pricing and a range of finance options, including assisting you to access your super or setting up a recurring payment plan.

Next Smile Australia Adelaide is supported by our trusted Accredited Partners in Whyalla and Mt Gambier to evaluate your situation and determine which treatment solution best suits you. So wherever you live in the great state of South Australia, we have ensured you have convenient access to the Next Smile Australia All-on-4® Dental implant treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the All-on-4® treatment suitable for me?

Many patients who visit us at Next Smile Australia Adelaide are not ideal candidates for conventional methods of dental restoration. Some have tried dentures but find they do not suit their way of life. If you relate to this situation, don’t hesitate to reach out to the friendly team at Next Smile Australia Adelaide.

A substantial amount of individuals seeking All-on-4® dental implants experience jawbone loss due to untreated tooth loss, injury, illness or the prolonged use of dentures. All-on-4® dental implants are an excellent treatment for anyone grappling with jawbone loss. The All-on-4® treatment uses four dental implants positioned at an angle, circumventing areas of low bone density. Doing so also provides stimulation to the jawbone to prevent further deterioration.

What is the price of All-on-4®, and do you offer payment plans?

We understand that the cost of this treatment can be a lot for many patients who require dental care, and at Next Smile Australia, we are transparent with our pricing and finance options.

During your no-obligation consultation with Dr Ian Bills, Dr Evan Jones, Dr Edward Pitts, or Dr Nicholas Wood, you will receive a detailed outline of all costs relating to your treatment. The price covers your surgery, temporary and final bridges, and all phases of treatment (excluding anaesthetic fees). You will find more information on our Pricing page.

Next Smile Australia Adelaide provides several payment plans. Contact our team today to see which payment plan will best suit you.

How long do All-on-4® dental implants last?

The implants are designed to be a long-lasting solution. However, the long-term success of your implants depends on many factors, including your oral health habits.

If you have any questions about your All-on-4® dental implants or the oral hygiene routine you should be following, don’t hesitate to contact the team at Next Smile Australia for more information.

Will All-on-4® dental implants prevent bone loss?

After losing one or multiple teeth, the bone underneath has no purpose and will be absorbed by the body. However, All-on-4® dental implants can stimulate the jawbone, preventing further degradation.

For those who have been told that conventional tooth replacement methods are not feasible due to significant bone loss, All-on-4® dental implants may be the ideal option.
